Snow Fluff

< PREV | NEXT >

Snow fluff, also known as “shaved snow,” originated in Asia and is a creamy fluffy dessert made of thin, silky, ribbon-like layers. Unlike water-based shaved ice, snow fluff is milk-based and can be served with toppings such as fresh fruits, jellies, or beans. The flavors are embedded in the creamy ice block used to make snow fluff, whereas shaved ice is simply a water-based ice block with no flavor. Condensed milk or brown sugar can be added to the top for extra flavor.
